Me too!I also buy shoes like most girls buy shoes.
Guilty. But I too buy the shoes. I also buy v-neck t-shirts from the Gap like women buy shoes. Holy Christmas I need to stop.
I buy tea like women buy shoes...OH GOD NICKI STOP YOUR READERS WILL THINK YOU'RE A LIBRARIAN
I too buy more books than shoes. I view it as a healthy habit. All that reading has made me awesome at trivia games.
EXACTLY! Silver linings, my friend, silver linings.
Oh yeah I have the same problem I love to buy books but hubby doesn't like it when I do he complains that we do not have the room for books..............
That's true. If I'm going to buy books like most women buy shoes, I should probably start buying bookshelves like most women buy closet organizers.
I buy food like men change girlfriends. Haha! And yes, I buy books too. When they're on sale.
That's true. I can't bring myself to pay full-price. Because I am CHEAP and PROUD OF IT!
Me, too! I swear that they put those "bargin books" at the front of Barnes & Noble just to fuck with me!'OMG, why yes I DO need a book on the history of the world! And only $15? Give me three, please!'
I AM SUCH A SUCKER FOR THOSE.
ergh, i tried to stop buying shoes like women buy shoes, but it's hard. i also used to buy books like that, but now i don't have any fucking time to read any fucking books. so now i buy diet coke like women buy shoes.
I love your taste in shoes. Keep buying shoes. And keep blogging them.
Fact: this is NOT a problem. This is probably what makes you all wicked-cool and stuff. MOAR KNOWLEDGE! Less foot pain.
I don't have a shoe addiction, never have but just lately, I just can't seem to avoid spending way too much in the art supply shop. So I guess I buy paint, like some women buy bags
I never understood the handbag addiction. One would think I would, since the damn name of the blog is The Loaded Handbag.
Can't wait to get back to buying anything other than groceries! Saving money is a bummer sometimes. However, it makes you be creative whenever you get dressed or try to decorate your house. Like, "oooo that table runner would make a great scarf...and that scarf would make a great table runner" no joke.
PLEASE start a podcast based on that table runner -scarf premise. That is GENIUS.
I don't see the problem .... ? Oh yeah right, bills to pay first n' stuff :)
And space to live in...and the fact that my stack of unread books gets exponentially bigger while my stack of read books stays the same...sigh.
No! It's not a problem, it's a glorious passion for the written word! Never be ashamed of the Fact that you can't leave a bookstore without a pile of freshly bought books in your arms. It's a sign of pure awesomeness!
Comment on this post. Or tell me your favorite movie. Or your favorite pez flavor. Maybe your analytical interpretation of "The Graduate." Anything goes, really.
