  2. Guilty. But I too buy the shoes. I also buy v-neck t-shirts from the Gap like women buy shoes. Holy Christmas I need to stop.

    1. That's true. If I'm going to buy books like most women buy shoes, I should probably start buying bookshelves like most women buy closet organizers.

  8. Fact: this is NOT a problem. This is probably what makes you all wicked-cool and stuff. MOAR KNOWLEDGE! Less foot pain.

  9. I don't have a shoe addiction, never have but just lately, I just can't seem to avoid spending way too much in the art supply shop. So I guess I buy paint, like some women buy bags

    1. I never understood the handbag addiction. One would think I would, since the damn name of the blog is The Loaded Handbag.

  10. Can't wait to get back to buying anything other than groceries! Saving money is a bummer sometimes. However, it makes you be creative whenever you get dressed or try to decorate your house. Like, "oooo that table runner would make a great scarf...and that scarf would make a great table runner" no joke.

    1. PLEASE start a podcast based on that table runner -scarf premise. That is GENIUS.

    1. And space to live in...and the fact that my stack of unread books gets exponentially bigger while my stack of read books stays the same...sigh.

  12. No! It's not a problem, it's a glorious passion for the written word! Never be ashamed of the Fact that you can't leave a bookstore without a pile of freshly bought books in your arms. It's a sign of pure awesomeness!

Comment on this post. Or tell me your favorite movie. Or your favorite pez flavor. Maybe your analytical interpretation of "The Graduate." Anything goes, really.
